Confirm Booking - Once a booking is received through the website, I will get in touch using your preferred method of communication to confirm shoot details.
Shoot Day - I will arrive promptly to assess the property and determine the best lighting and angles for each room. I’ll capture high-quality images that showcase the property’s unique charm while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Ready to list - High quality, visually captivating photos will be delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of the shoot. Ready to share with confidence.

We ask that agents and clients follow the outlined steps to ensure a smooth shooting process and the delivery of quality photographs.

We have included a checklist for clients to prepare for listing photos, as well as our policies for agents.

Invoices are delivered via email within 48 hours of the delivery of your photos. Once an invoice is received, there is a 30 day period to receive payment. Late payments are subject to a fee.
Shoots that are cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed upon time are subject to a fee.
If a shoot takes significantly longer due to the "preparing for a shoot" checklist not being complete, this may result in a late fee.
Ensure that clients have the house staged how they would like it photographed. We are not responsible for moving items.
All shoots are weather dependent. If a shoot needs to be recheduled, it may affect photo turn around time.
All content is owned by DKoleCaptures unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement for other use. Realtors are granted permission to use the photos on the following platforms
- Online Listings: Realtors are granted permission to use the photos for online listings on platforms such as the MLS, their personal website, or third-party real estate websites.
- Social Media: Realtors are permitted to share the photos on their social media accounts to generate interest and engagement from prospective buyers. We always appreciate a tag!
